I have worked in the Customer Service Field where I acquire CS Training. (Customer Service Ambassador Certificate) and was able to enhance my knowledge and skills in knowing how to meet the needs of people by providing Excellent Service, Feedback and Accurate Information. My pass experience have thought me how to Listen, Stay calm, Identify and Anticipate needs and lastly, suggest a solution. I am personally fulfilled when my customer are satisfied with my service or after my day to day Interactions with them. As a Real Estate Agent i get to follow the same path of providing a service that's life changing.
